What this website is

Fleksja is an app that is still in development. This page collects interest from people who would like to use it. No payments are taken and no card details are requested.

What we collect and why

• Your email address, to tell you when the app launches. If you reserved a paid plan, we also store which plan and its price, so we can honour it at launch.
• Your answer to “Which case trips you up most?”, if you give one, to decide which exercises to build first.
• The ad campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters), to know which ads reach interested learners.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to the address above.

Who processes the data

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France) stores the email list and sends our emails on our behalf.
• Umami counts page visits and button clicks without cookies and without storing personal data.
• Meta Pixel and Google Ads load only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. They let us measure which ads lead to sign-ups. If you click “Reject”, they never load.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. If the app does not launch, we delete the list within 12 months of the end of this test.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Browser storage

The site stores your cookie choice and the campaign you arrived from in your browser's local storage. Nothing else is stored on your device unless you accept ad cookies.
