Sound like you?

You want to learn Polish, but you don't have much time.

So you download an app and open it on the bus. It hands you ready-made sentences to fill in or put in order.

You try a case ending. Wrong. You try another. Right, but you couldn't say why.

Tomorrow it's a new sentence, a new ending, and the same guess.

If this is you, you're in the right place.

Fleksja shows you how each ending works, then makes you choose it in real sentences, until it comes out on its own.

Why Polish is different

Polish is a language like no other. It can't be studied with conventional approaches.

Seven cases, and a different ending for each.

Each case has its own endings. They change again for masculine, feminine and neuter nouns, for adjectives, and for verbs, depending on whether the speaker is a man or a woman.

Cases aren't hard to understand. They're incredibly hard to actually use.

You can recite the table, but mid-sentence your brain goes blank and you pick an ending at random.

You read the definitions, close the book, and nothing sticks.

Reading grammar feels like progress. Without practice that makes you produce the form, it fades in a week.

Many apps focus on words, not on endings.

Vocabulary gets the attention. The endings, where Polish actually gets hard, are often left to guesswork.

One cat, seven endings

Reading this table is easy. Saying kotem on the spot is not.

Every Polish noun, adjective and pronoun changes its ending depending on its job in the sentence. Fleksja trains exactly that moment: the sentence is in front of you, and you have to pick the form.

What makes Fleksja different

Built around one skill: choosing the right ending.

You produce the form, you don't just recognise it

Every exercise is a sentence with a gap. You choose the ending yourself, which is exactly what you have to do when you speak.

Wrong answers that look like real mistakes

The wrong options are the endings learners genuinely mix up, and after each answer you see why the case is needed.

It remembers your weak endings

Spaced repetition tracks each ending, not whole lessons, so you review what you miss right before you'd forget it.

Why it works

Practice alone isn't enough. Neither is grammar alone.

Fleksja mixes three things that research shows work. We use them on the hardest part of Polish: the endings.

A little grammar helps

Adults learning a language with case endings, like Russian, tend to do better when they understand how the system works, not just when they copy examples. Knowing the mechanism helps you choose the right form, and know why.

You try to remember, not just read

Choosing the answer yourself, rather than just reading it, helps you remember it for longer. Research on practice testing finds it works better than re-reading, especially when you get feedback. That's why Fleksja makes you choose the ending.

Spaced repetition locks it in

Spaced repetition means reviewing over several days instead of in one sitting. Combined with focused practice, it helps your brain consolidate what you've learned. Each time an ending comes back just before you'd forget it, it settles more firmly. Fleksja brings each ending back at that moment.

What about games and fun apps?

Research on language learning apps and games focuses mostly on vocabulary, and much less on grammar. In Polish, where the endings carry so much meaning, that leaves the hardest part to guesswork.

How it works

Three steps, a few minutes a day.

  1. Learn the word with all its forms

Every flashcard shows the word with all its case forms, plus aspect pairs for verbs. Free, from your first day at A0.

  2. Use it in a real sentence

A sentence with a gap and four real endings to choose from, plus a short grammar explanation of why the right one is right. The wrong options are the mistakes learners actually make. Free too.

  3. Miss it, see it again

Spaced repetition brings back the exact endings you got wrong, right before you'd forget them.

Questions

Before you sign up

Can I download the app today?

Not yet. Fleksja is in development for iOS and Android. Leave your email and you'll be among the first to get it.

Will you charge me if I reserve a plan?

No. We don't ask for a card and we don't take any payment until the app exists. Reserving tells us which plan you want, and we'll hold that price for you at launch.

How does the free trial work?

Plus and Premium start with 14 days free, so you can try everything before paying. Fleksja isn't launched yet, so for now you only reserve your spot and price. No card needed today.

Will it help me prepare for the B1 or B2 exam?

That's what Premium is for: exam prep for the Polish state certificate at B1 and B2, with practice simulations. Free and Plus cover the grammar and vocabulary foundations.

What level do I need?

Any level from A0 to B2. Beginners start with flashcards and the most common cases. If you already know the theory, you go straight to the drills.

How is this different from other language apps?

Most language apps are built around vocabulary and everyday phrases, and general flashcard tools leave you to build the cards yourself. Fleksja is built around one thing: producing the correct case ending in a sentence, with spaced repetition on the forms you miss.

Why not just practise speaking, or just study grammar?

Practice with no grammar leaves you guessing. Grammar with no practice leaves you with rules you can't use. Fleksja gives you the rule after each answer, then asks you again and again at the right time.

Does it cover verbs too?

Yes. Flashcards include perfective and imperfective pairs, and Plus adds conjugation drills across tenses.
